中国医疗器械产业呈现“多、小、高、弱”等特点

background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">中国医药物资协会发布的《2014中国医疗器械行业发展》蓝皮书显示，我国医疗器械产业整体步入高速增长阶段，销售总规模从2001年的179亿元，到2014年的约2556亿元，增长了14.28倍。不过，中国医疗器械产业呈现“多、小、高、弱”的特点。<p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　截至2013年底，全国共有医疗器械生产企业15698家，但是企业规模小，2013年平均每个企业产值约1350万元。 　　另据同花顺数据显示，2014年，我国国内22家医疗器械上市公司总的营业收入为211.68亿元，2013年该值为165.97亿元，2014年同比增长仅45.71亿元。2014年，这22家上市公司实现归属于上市公司股东的净利润为28.72亿元，2013年该值为24.31亿元，2014年同比仅增长4.41亿元。 　　“本土的医疗器械企业主要是仿制国外的技术，或者是成为外资企业的代理，并没有掌握核心的技术。”北京鼎臣医药咨询负责人史立臣告诉记者：“受限于产品研发，本土企业的高端产品质量跟不上，另外也有一些器械的硬件问题，所以没办法做大。” 　　事实上，助推国内医疗器械国产化政策东风早已吹起。去年以来，政策层面对于国产医疗设备的扶持力度更是不容小觑。 　　资料显示，去年6月初，国家卫计委发布《国家卫生计生委关于控制公立医院规模过快扩张的紧急通知》的32号文要求严控公立医院规模过快扩张，对部分医院单位规模过大，追求床位规模、竞相购置大型设备包括进口大型医疗器械等的问题进行遏制。去年8月，国家卫计委表态，将“重点推动三甲医院应用国产医疗设备”。 　　而在今年三月份，科技部联合卫计委、工信部、食药总局、总后卫生部等部门，共同启动了国家重点研发计划“数字诊疗装备”重点专项试点工作，同时发布《数字诊疗装备重点专项实施方案征求意见稿》，旨在通过科技创新，提升我国医疗器械产业自主研发技术水平，促进产业转型升级、培育新的经济增长点。 　　随后，四月份，国家食品药品监督管理总局2015年第8号公告发布了YY0572-2015《血液透析及相关治疗用水》等90项医疗器械行业标准，进一步完善我国医疗器械标准体系，提高本土医疗器械产品的质量。 　　“我认为公立医院实行配额可以理解，民营医院实行配额意义就不大，所以还是要放开政策。放开之后国内的医疗器械企业才有研发的热情，国内的大型市场才能真正地打开。<p style="margin-top: 0px;
