margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　2009年我国新医改启动后，各地明显加大对基层医疗卫生服务机构基础设施建设的投入力度。与此同时，各地医疗卫生服务机构的诊疗量不断上升。这使得我国医疗器械市场迎来了一个前所未有的快速发展时代。 　　那么，近5年我国医疗器械市场到底扩容了多少呢？蓝皮书用统计数据给出了答案：2010～2014年，我国医疗器械市场总量从1284亿元增长到2760亿元，年均复合增长率高达20.8%，相当于5年内市场规模扩大了一倍以上。 　　来自中国医药工业信息中心的数据分析结果还显示，在众多的医疗器械产品中，医学影像诊疗设备、体外诊断及检验产品、高值医用耗材及植入物是我国医疗器械市场的主要产品。2014年，这3类医疗器械分别占据我国医疗器械市场销售总额的19%、16%和13%。 　　值得关注的是，该中心预计：未来几年之内，我国医疗市场和医疗器械市场都将保持高增长势头；到2019年我国医疗器械市场规模将达到6003亿元，年均复合增长率预计约为16.8%。 　　在此期间，随着政府部门进一步加大医疗费用的管控力度，医疗器械市场上的价格谈判会更加激烈，性价比高的医疗器械产品将具有更大的竞争优势。与此同时，更多的创新性医疗器械产品将进入市场。 　　旧格局新力量并存，优胜劣汰愈演愈烈 <p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; list-style: none; border: 0px; line-height: 30px; font-size: 15px; color: rgb(85, 85, 85); font-family: Arial, 宋体, Helvetica, sans-serif; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">　　我国医疗器械产业起步较晚，多年来生产企业存在小散多、创新不足的问题。随着我国医疗器械市场的迅猛发展，旧的产业格局是否有所改观。 　　蓝皮书就此进行了客观分析：目前，我国共有近1.6万家医疗器械生产企业，高风险第三类医疗器械的生产、经营企业有2600多家。基于2014年医疗器械市场总量2760亿元计算，医疗器械生产企业的平均收入仅在1700万元左右。 　　这意味着，目前我国多数医疗器械生产企业都是中小型企业，并且技术水平偏低，主要在局部地区的区域市场上进行产品销售。不过，经历了近年来的快速发展，我国医疗器械行业内还是涌现出一批具有相当规模和竞争力的医疗器械企业。 　　根据中国医药工业信息中心的分析结果，2014年我国医疗器械前三甲企业是山东威高、深圳迈瑞和新华医疗。 　　医疗设备产业的代表性企业有东软医疗、深圳迈瑞、上械集团、新华医疗等； 　　高值医疗耗材及植入物产业的代表性企业有上海微创、山东威高、乐普医疗等； 　　低值耗材产业中的代表性企业有山东威高、淄博山川、江西宏达等； 　　体外诊断及检验产品的代表性企业有科华生物、达安基因等； 　　此外，鱼跃医疗等企业在其他医疗器械板块也获得了长足发展。 　　对于医疗器械企业而言，并购是扩大规模或跨界进入新细分市场的一个必要手段。蓝皮书分析指出，2014年，我国医疗器械企业并购行为活跃。由于当前我国医疗器械行业中绝大多数企业仍然是中小型企业，预计未来企业兼并重组仍然不可避免。 　　一部分技术含量低、规模过小的医疗器械企业有可能在市场竞争中被淘汰；与之相反的是，一些具有足够规模的本土医疗器械企业将有机会加入国际合作，更多地尝试开拓国际市场。 　　国产进一步替代进口，互联网+引发投资热 　　对于未来国产医疗器械的发展形势，蓝皮书作出的预测也是积极的：在国家大力倡导卫生计生机构使用国产医疗设备，重点推动三甲医院应用国产医疗设备思路的引导下，并且随着中国本土医疗器械生产企业的技术水平日趋成熟、营销体系愈加完善，国产医疗器械产品对进口产品的替代将成为一个必不可少的发展过程。 　　如今，互联网与医疗器械领域的融合发展呈现出雨后春笋般的势头。“根据医疗器械产品的特性，医疗器械是健康产业中最易于与互联网相融合的细分领域。” 　　中国医药工业信息中心分析人士就此指出，随着互联网医疗的兴起，一些新型医疗设备，如可穿戴设备、家用智能医疗器械可能成为医疗器械行业新的投资热点，并成为推动市场增长的一个新的助推器。<span style="margin: 0px;
