用气泡当造影剂让超声检查更精确

过去，将气体输入人体被认为是禁忌，因为严重情况下可能会造成空气栓塞，导致死亡。不过现在，空气却也是帮助提升诊断准确率的关键。     “我们所说的空气是微气泡，直径在2~10um，它就能通过肺循环，不会对身体造成影响，反而能作为超声的造影剂。”康臣药业集团执行董事、首席科学家朱荃接受第一财经记者采访表示，“通过这种方式，未来超声检查的诊断价值可以与X光、MRI相当，其还有可以动态观察的优点”。  <img data-s="300,640" data-type="jpeg" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_jpg/dx3KibwtDhvcE2dNZZsDGo0jwFuF60w0cib86y5qLV7iccrtVEHz7ouia8zMjLqq7esa4ibUgBTliayeUCfpsXibFpNDw/0?wx_fmt=jpeg" data-ratio="0.7036363636363636" data-w="550" />       造影剂，是指在医学成像领域，为增强影像观察效果而注入(或服用)到人体组织或器官的化学制品。在使用核磁共振、CT等医疗成像器械的时候，使用造影剂，能够让医护人员更为准确地判断病情。但在过去，超声检查领域并没有造影剂，也一直存在检查判断难的困境。这是因为超声检查声束不能穿透骨骼和气体，所以被骨头包绕着的脏器检查便成为了超声检查的弱项。        这种困境，直到以微泡为载体的造影剂的出现，才得到解决。它就是利用了声束不能穿透气体的原理，微泡造影剂通过微泡让医护人员更为清晰的看到脏器的情况，以做出判断。目前在中国，主要是意大利Braco公司的产品声诺维垄断市场，这款产品应用于肝脏造影，因此从事的企业还很少。        “目前超声微泡造影剂在全球范围内还不是很普遍，主要应用于欧洲，美国也不多。”中国超声医学工程学会副会长、重庆医科大学教授王志刚接受第一财经记者采访表示，“不过它很有前景，是精准医学未来的一个方向。”        近日，一直研究这一项目的重庆医科大学就与康臣药业就“超声微泡造影剂”达成合作项目，开展产学研合作，希望能在中国也研发出类似的产品，让近几年重庆医科大学在超声微泡造影剂领域的研究成果得以转化。        朱荃表示，目前上述造影剂已经在准备临床报批申请，希望两年内可以在中国实现上市，康臣药业预计在产品研发和生产线建设方面投入超过1亿元来发展这个项目。        在朱荃看来，未来微泡的应用具有前景，“目前超声检查相比于X光、核磁共振准确率较低，但后两者也对人体有一定伤害，比如X光只能照几毫秒，因此它只能截取某个时间点的影像。超声检查对人体影响小，相对而言还可以实现较长时间的动态观察”。而且在价格方面，“未来也会大大降低诊断的费用”，朱荃表示，光在医院采购上看，超声诊断设备也相对CT、核磁共振便宜，对使用环境、安装防护等要求低，目前普及率也高，所以如果未来如果微泡造影能真正提高诊断准确率，也能大大降低患者检查的费用。        在王志刚看来，微泡未来的前景还不光在造影技术上，未来若能在微泡上带药，利用微泡带药到肿瘤，通过加大超声频率引爆微泡，甚至可以实现靶向治疗肿瘤的效果，这也是未来研究的方向。<span style="max-width: 100%;
