font-size: 14px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"> 另外我们发现，在关闭X300后（机器下角电源开关不断开），显示器上出现“no input”字样，由此推测此机器的设计可能和电脑类似，显示器和主机各自有单独的电源供应。打开显示器后盖，我们看到由主机中引出的一根电缆线包括了DC12V电源输出口，VGA端口，数据排线接口等。我们用一块12v的直流电源适配器为显示器供电，并用VGA视频线将其与一台电脑主机相连接，即用它来代替普通液晶显示器。开机两小时，未见异常。因此大概可以判断，问题是出在VGA视频线或者是两端的接口上。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 14px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"> 故障分析：先简要介绍轨迹球的组成和工作原理。轨迹球组件由一只滚动球，两片摩擦轮，两根旋转轴，两片析光轮（光栅轮），四队对应的红外发光二极管和光敏接收管以及处理芯片组成。它的工作原理于机械鼠标类似，即依靠滚动球的滚动摩擦带动横向和纵向的旋转轴转动，转轴在带动固定在其上的光栅一起转动。通过光栅的旋转使光敏二极管在接收发光二极管发出的光时被阻隔、空开，而产生计数冲，经芯片处理后在屏幕上显示出来。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%; font-size: 14px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important;"> 打开按键板外壳，取下轨迹球组件并拆开。看到轨迹球盒内的两根转轴上均裹有一个海绵做的摩轮，经过多年的摩擦，不少海绵碎屑与耦合剂积灰洒落在盒中，两片析光轮周围布满了杂质，导致光脉冲信号的传输受阻或减弱，影响了轨迹球的使用。处理方法即，先用吹风球轻轻吹出盒内杂质，再用棉签蘸纯酒精小心地擦去发光二极管和光敏接收管表面的积灰。对滚球则先用清水清洗，再用擦擦克林对其进行擦拭，最后用棉布擦干。要注意的是，最好不要用洗洁精等化学品来清洁滚球，以免造成滚球表面的腐蚀。</span></p><p style="max-width: 100%;
