怎样应对超声设备“死机”故障

line-height: 22.4px; box-sizing: border-box !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">故障现象1    开机自检失败，机器起动不起来。打开机器前端盖，给机器送电后，测量机器直流工作电压，VP2 电压等于＋3.8V ，正常值VP2 = + V5 。因为此组电源与彩超前端板及通道板有关，所以先拔下探头，然后开机，机器仍然起动不起来。查机器前端通道板CB0-CB8 共八块，先拔下其中4 块，再开机，机器自检通过，检测VP2 = + 5V 不变。恢复前端通道板当其超过5 块，起动机器，VP2 电压就低于4.5V ，有时低至4.3V ，机器自检不能通过，就出现“死机”故障。分析原因，是否VP2 直流十5V 电源带载能力差引起的“死机”问题？联系飞利浦厂家，借来新电源箱，试机VP2= +5V 不变，机器自检通过，工作正常，“死机”故障排除。所以认为此故障是VP2 电源带载能力差，引起在开机过程中＋5V 电源压降大，从而引起开机自检不过，出现“死机”故障。<p style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, 'Hiragino Sans GB', 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 22.4px; box-sizing: border-box !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">故障现象3    在正常操作过程中，机器经常无规律的“死机”，有时关机后再重新开机，机器又恢复正常工作。但有时再开机，机器仍旧 “死机”。有时出现“死机”故障时，稍等一会，机器又可自行恢复正常。开始想的比较复杂，环疑的地方都采取过措施，但都不能排除“死机”故障。后来在随机观察中发现，机器在正常操作过程中，“冻结”图象，进行测量后，再按冻结键，以解除“冻结”图象，但此机器回复不到实时检查状态。几次实验，都是在图象冻结，进行必要的测量后，不能再进行下一步操作检查，因此怀疑机器冻结键有问题。打开机盖检查，发现机器的冻结键由于频繁的操作使用，使按键磷铜片有裂缝，引起按键开关的弹性改变，在机器正常操作过程中，按下冻结键后，开关闭合，图像冻结，松开按键，其按键开关应马上断开，以便进行其它操作。但由于此开关磷铜片裂缝，弹性不足，在按键开关外力松开时，其接点不是立即弹开，而是非常缓慢的弹开。这个弹开过程需要的时间，有时短一些，有时长一些，而处于这个时间过程中，操作其它功能键都不好用，出现“死机”故障。解决的方法：由于开关磷铜片有裂缝，开关弹隆变差，使这个开关不能再使用，又由于这个开关比较特殊，市场上不能买到，所以就从键盘其它位置上找了一个不太常用的开关换过来，从此机器 “死机“故障再也没出现过。<p style="font-size: 14px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, 'Hiragino Sans GB', 'Microsoft YaHei', 微软雅黑, Arial, sans-serif; line-height: 22.4px; box-sizing: border-box !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);">故障现象4    机器自检不过出现“死机”故障，反复开机不能解决问题，使机器无法操作。后经查明造成“死机”故障是由于键盘上cAPTuRE 按键不能复位，而造成按键不能复位的原因是检查中使用的卫生纸，由于纸质较差，碎纸屑、纸末多，使用过程中将这些碎纸屑、纸末散落在键盘上，这些纸屑、纸末象细沙一样塞进了按键开关处，使开关按下时被塞住在按下的位置，松开按键，开关不能自行复位。机器开机自检时，检查到这些未回复到原始状态的开关，便发出自检发现故障而不能往下进行的报警，使机器出现“死机”故障。拆开机器，将键盘板清洁干净，故障就排除了。这是由于灰尘问题引起的“死机”故障。这个例子告诉我们，有时对某些“死机”故障不必想得太复杂，只要加强对机器的日常保养，就不至于在机器使用时出现故障，造成检查患者积压增多，形成门诊秩序混乱的局面 <p style="text-indent: 0em;
