除颤监护仪故障排查及维修

<section class="editor"><img src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/M2H0aGBjWUTRia7nqkArYeKZUqEfdmpNibMPiaZk4gvlWk5v5lUKyXhjJP4CENKQeQt5HI8zwcTCWJOkicfWJiatdJQ/0?wx_fmt=gif" class="" data-ratio="0.10555555555555556" data-w="720" /></section>故障现象：当打开仪器电源开关后 , 电源指示灯不亮 , 显示屏不亮 ,仪器不能工作。 故障排查：电源线联接良好 , 保险管 F801 、F802 良好 , 整流滤波器 D801 的交流端有交流 220V ,直流端有直流 270V(正常)。测量开关式稳压电源调整集成电路 IC 801 的 (6)、(7)脚没有电压 (不正常), 说明振荡电路没有启动。在开机的同时监视 IC 801 的 (12)脚电压 , 发现没有启动电压。检查二极管 D831 良好 , R805 良好。检查 Q801 的集电极有 270V 电压 ,基极有 12V 电压 , 说明 Q801 具备了工作条件 , 但它没有工作 , 将 Q801 卸下来检查 ,发现 Q801 的集电极和发射极已开路。 故障处理：更换 Q801(D799)。开机后 ,一切正常 ,故障排除。 <section class="editor"><img style="width: 100%;" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/wyice8kFQhf5geQK3gu2FUugjB8iaSGpjO5lX1WA0Ksicj4FIqueaicEibJu3NqQSoKRNQfeVnBAfJZK2XebyZmKf9w/0?wx_fmt=gif" class="" data-ratio="0.0967741935483871" data-w="620" /></section> 故障现象:打开监护仪电源时 ,显示错误代码“Error 1"。 故障排查:关掉仪器电源 , 找到 ECG /CP U 电路板 , 检查集成电路与插座的接触情况 , 发现电路板上有灰尘聚集。  故障处理:进行电路板吸尘 , 拨出集成电路 , 用无水酒精清洁集成电路管脚及插座, 重新插入集成电路。再次打开仪器电源 , 没有出现错误代码 ,仪器工作正常 ,故障排除。 <section class="editor"><img style="width: 100%;" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/wyice8kFQhf5geQK3gu2FUugjB8iaSGpjO5lX1WA0Ksicj4FIqueaicEibJu3NqQSoKRNQfeVnBAfJZK2XebyZmKf9w/0?wx_fmt=gif" class="" data-ratio="0.0967741935483871" data-w="620" /></section> 故障现象：打开仪器电源时出现错误代码“Error 3”。  故障排查：按“CA L” 键的同时按“CHA RG E”键清除错误信息 , 充电能量到 360J, 此时再次出现错误代码“Error 3” , 充电指示灯没有亮。检查高压电容器 ,测量到高压电容器没有充上电(依次用高压挡往低压挡调节测量)。检查该电容器有漏电现象。  故障处理：更换高压电容器 , 重新开机 , 充电 , 没有出现错误代码 , 充电指示灯亮 ,故障排除。  <section class="editor"><img style="width: 100%;" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/wyice8kFQhf5geQK3gu2FUugjB8iaSGpjO5lX1WA0Ksicj4FIqueaicEibJu3NqQSoKRNQfeVnBAfJZK2XebyZmKf9w/0?wx_fmt=gif" class="" data-ratio="0.0967741935483871" data-w="620" /></section> 故障现象：当打开监护仪电源时出现错误代码“Error 4”。  故障排查：在按下“CA L” 键的同时按下“C HA RGE” 键清除错误信息 , 充电能量到 360J , 此时没有充电 , 屏幕显示 0J , 等待 30 秒后没有再出现错误代码“Error 4” 。将能量充电到 3J, 设置能量选择器到“M ON /ON” , 立即返回选择器到 3J ,能量没有放掉。再次放电, 同时观查内部放电继电器在 RLY -501 没有放电动作 , 监视该继电器线包两端电压(小心操作 , 注意安全), 在放电操作时电压正常。等待 2 小时到完全消除能量后 , 检查内部放电继电器 , 测得继电器线包已开路。 故障处理：更换内部放电继电器 RLY -501 , 重新开机重复以上操作一切正常 , 故障排除。  <section class="editor"><img style="width: 100%;" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/wyice8kFQhf5geQK3gu2FUugjB8iaSGpjO5lX1WA0Ksicj4FIqueaicEibJu3NqQSoKRNQfeVnBAfJZK2XebyZmKf9w/0?wx_fmt=gif" class="" data-ratio="0.0967741935483871" data-w="620" /></section> 故障现象：开机后 , 显示屏上的波形扫描只在起始位置, 没有向右侧展开 , 其它功能正常。  故障排查：故障出在显示器电路。检查 CRT 驱动器电路板 UP - 7740。检查水平偏转线圈良好 , Q603 集电极电为 +8 .5V , Q604 集电极电压为 -8 .5V(正常)。检查 IC603 的(4)、(8)脚的电压为 ±6V(正常)。用示波器测量 IC 603 的(7)脚波形是一个变形了的锯齿波(几乎成为一个平滑直线)(不正常)。调节水平增益电位器 V R601 , 屏幕左右宽度没有变化 , 检查 V R601 , 发现该电位器已损坏。  故障处理：更换水平增益电位器 V R601(2K), 重新开机后屏幕显示正常 , 故障排除。 <section class="editor"><img style="width: 100%;" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz/wyice8kFQhf5geQK3gu2FUugjB8iaSGpjO5lX1WA0Ksicj4FIqueaicEibJu3NqQSoKRNQfeVnBAfJZK2XebyZmKf9w/0?wx_fmt=gif" class="" data-ratio="0.0967741935483871" data-w="620" /></section> 故障现象：当打开记当器开关记当时 , 记录笔有随波形变化的动作 , 但不走纸。 故障排查：观察到走纸电机没有旋转。测量走纸电机两端电压为 0V(不正常)。检查12V 电源正常。检查晶体管 T R705 良好 ,但处于截止状态 (不正常)。检查 T R703 良好 , 但处于饱和状态 (不正常)。检查接插件 C NJ706(9)脚的 REC 信号为高电平 (正常)。检查 T R704 ,当 RE C 信号是高电平时 T R704 的基极也为高电平 , 发射极接 +5V , 此时 T R704 应该是处在截止状态 , 但此时它的集电极确有 +4 .8V(不正常), 因此导致 T R703 饱和导通和 T R705 截止 , 走纸电机不转。卸下 T R704 测量到它的发射极与集电极已短路。  故障处理：更换晶体管 T R704(A495)。重新开机启动记录功能 ,工作正常 , 故障排除。 <p style="max-width: 100%;
