国内人工智能成投资热点，哪些细分领域值得关注？

font-family: 宋体, SimSun; font-size: 14px; line-height: 28px; text-align: center; text-indent: 32px; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"><img data-s="300,640" data-type="png" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_png/dx3KibwtDhvfk4edNGzcvS6siabKx8qU6ib8oqr9curUHiauy5byib9oczyo3fCe3icsOMeJ4WhJMoDavP2zFjuBia9xg/0?wx_fmt=png" class="" data-ratio="0.9813874788494078" data-w="591" />  　　尚未观察到有专注并且大量布局医疗人工智能的投资机构，涉猎的机构除了腾讯，阿里等产业基金外、主要是一些具有深刻互联网基因的天使基金，如真格基金，投资了森亿智能、半个医生以及Medal ；红杉和启迪创投投资了海纳医信；红杉、联创策源、PreAngel投资了医联；峰瑞资本投资了DeepCare；真格基金和经纬中国投资了图玛深维等，反而是专注于医疗健康领域投资的机构比较谨慎。 　　其次，项目均处于早期和概念阶段，商业模式不成熟，医疗政策和法规的限制等令投资人谨慎。例如，远程影像会诊平台，目前是否具备支付的闭环系统，诊断结果可以在不同医疗机构间互相认可吗？又例如， 医院或者第三方影像中心采购AI解决方案的投入和产出如何计算？医院和医生会有积极性吗？加了人工智能读片功能后，医院是否可以加价收费？最终增量的投入谁来埋单？是社保或商业医保，还是患者自付？此类等等商业模式的拓展和创造问题。 　　从医疗人工智能的细分领域来看，国内获投的医疗人工智能项目，主要集中在医学影像。医学影像也是国外非常热门的细分领域。但国外同样热门的新药发现、健康管理这两个细分领域，在国内则很少涉及。比如，国外获得累计融资金额最高的前5家公司——Flatiron（3.13亿美元，病历信息分析）， Welltok （2.38亿美元，病历信息分析），Benevolent（1.4亿美元，新药发现），Butterfly（1亿美元，医学影像诊断），Lam Therapeutics（9800万美元，新药发现）——就有两家是做新药发现，有两家是做病历信息分析。造成这种差距的原因很多，最主要的可能是：人工智能输入端的医疗数据所需要的结构化在欧美的医疗机构很成熟，人工智能的算法更新迭代很快，输出端的结果有医疗机构或者商业医疗保险机构埋单，可以建立起来一个有效率的健康管理闭环，所以人工智能在医疗健康领域的应用多元化。 　　二聚焦医学影像+AI 　　医学影像是目前国内AI领域投资的热点和重点。 　　最近几年有关“人工智能是否会代替医生的讨论”一直不绝于耳。确实，AI读片是趋势，但是是否意味着影像科医生就要失业呢？笔者认为，一定不会，至少在中国本土。 　　传统的影像科诊断的流程是初级影像科医生写个报告，资深医生来核片，疑难杂症提交到每周的主任晨会，因此诊断报告的出具时间比较长，最快也要两三天，哪怕是急诊患者的CT诊断报告，最快也要1个小时。根据相关数据，国内医学影像数据的增长量每年达到30%，而同期影像科医生的人数增长只有2%，通过人工智能技术，可以减轻医生的工作负荷，辅助诊断减少误诊，提高医院的诊疗效率。 　　但是也有研究显示，某些疾病的AI读片的准确率在65%左右，这也意味着错误率是35%。因此，AI读片只能代替初级医生出具影像诊断报告的第一步，但是核片以及疑难杂症的会诊一定需要高年资的医生。 　　如果能够全面进入强人工智能时代，那影像科医生的成长路径也许会发生改变。成长为高年资的医生，原来都是通过几百上千张的读片训练出来的，以后这一步被机器取代之后，医生的经验积累被完全改变了。影像科医生未来可能承担新的角色，比如对于患者医疗数据的管理越来越重要。 　　从投资的角度，为什么专注于医疗的投资机构的较多，而医疗影像AI的较少呢？笔者认为主要有两个纬度的问题亟待解决。 　　第一，支付端。AI读片的医院影像科，收费是更贵还是更便宜呢？理论上说，因为效率提高了，医院对于患者的收费应该是降低的。AI的软件和硬件，这部分采购费用的支付方是医院，但是医院有什么动力或者动机来承担这部分开支。因此，至少在目前，公立医院的影像科核放射科，基本都没有用到额外和增量的人工智能读片技术和产品，现在所用到的是影像装备内嵌的图像识别和后处理软件，属于比较早期的计算机辅助诊断CAD，大部分还不具备深度学习技术。 　　第二，数据端。医疗影像的AI软件是通用的，机器学习的一种，参数需要医生来提供。关键是AI技术的发展取决于原有样本的大小，也直接决定了AI读片的准确性。国内是否能够给机器提供足够的优质数据呢？中国人口众多，数据基础大，但是每家医院都坚守着自己的信息，影像数据传统上都是医院的资产，甚至不属于病人。目前即使是2008年就实现互联互通的上海医联体，医院之间调阅影像数据时，仍旧是按照服务调度的方式，指示资源所在的服务器提供数据，深度学习应建立在对医院数据的分析上，而医学影像占据了90%以上的医学数据，但影像不仅仅是图片，医生在判读的时候用到更多的是关联的医学知识，更大的挑战是医疗数据的结构化问题，虽然中国的医疗数据量庞大，但IDC Digital的一项预测却显示，80%的数据属于非结构化数据，妨碍了AI算法的精确。 　　在以上两个问题厘清之后，再来看具体往哪些细分领域投入。根据影像生成到诊断的整个流程的不同阶段，医学影像产业可划分为：采集成像、影像存档、影像传输、影像显示、影像分享、影像诊断六个阶段。笔者认为，主要的增量可能来自于人工智能辅助临床决策的应用，其中包括了集成式的影像诊断工具、图像识别、成像质量控制系统等方面。 　　首先，这些细分领域的市场前景非常乐观，Markets and Markets预测，中国医学影像设备市场规模到2020年将有58.8亿美元，医学影像分析软件系统市场规模将达到25亿美元。其次，AI+影像系统将通过云端外延，远程影像诊断符合国家倡导的医疗的公平和效率，整体有望降低医疗费用的支出，帮助医保控费。 <img data-s="300,640" data-type="png" src="http://mmbiz.qpic.cn/mmbiz_png/dx3KibwtDhvfk4edNGzcvS6siabKx8qU6ibHoxAicGEUoBicGjBVogCbwPpcCJMW9fsdiaolUPe32nN3z8g5d7piaVlMw/0?wx_fmt=png" class="" data-ratio="1.0545144804088586" data-w="587" /> <p style="font-size: 16px;
