font-size: 16px; line-height: 25.6px; white-space: normal; font-family: 微软雅黑; text-align: right; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; visibility: visible !important; width: auto !important;" /></p><p>胃癌、食管癌等消化道癌症是威胁我国公民健康的重要“杀手”。世界卫生组织发布的《全球癌症报告2014》显示，我国食道癌患者的死亡人数约占全球50%，其中胃癌的新增和死亡人数占全球比重超过40%。</p><p><br /></p><p>早发现、早诊断、早治疗是提高消化道癌症患者生存率的关键。临床上，高清内镜检查是诊断、发现消化道癌症的重要工具。高清内镜可以直观观察癌肿状态， 能够评估病灶性质、部位、边界和范围，还能拍摄或录制病变影像资料，以进一步完善后续筛查和制定诊疗方案。</p><p><br /></p><p>以胃癌为例，医学专家表示，大部分早期胃癌在内镜下可以获得根治性治疗，5年生存率很高。然而令人遗憾的是，我国消化道癌症的早期诊断率仅为10%，远远低于发达国家水平，早期诊断率低的一个重要原因是缺少有效的检查设备。</p><p><br /></p><p>以往国产的消化内镜设备只能达到标清，其成像和观察性能均达不到消化道早期筛查的要求。因此，绝大多数高清内镜设备依赖进口。但由于进口设备昂贵，售后维护成本高，许多基层医院买不起设备，导致高清内镜检查设备大部分集中在三级医院，医疗资源分布不平衡，使得一些患者没有便利的检查渠道。</p><p><br /></p><p>如今，这种现象有望得到改善。经过数年研发，不久前，我国研发出了首台具有自主知识产权的国产全高清电子内镜系统——HD—500胃肠镜。据介绍，该设备采用主机光源分体式设计，结合了先进的数字图像处理技术，实现了高清图像输出，能够真实体现组织黏膜结构变化，从而让诊疗过程判断更准确。此外，它还搭载最新VIST光电复合染色成像技术，集光学染色高分辨率和电子染色高亮度的优点于一身，提高了内镜下“早癌”的检出率。</p><p><br /></p><p>日前，借助HD—500胃肠镜，第三军医大学附属西南医院彭贵勇教授完成了一例胃角上皮内瘤切除手术，病变范围3×5厘米，全程耗时不到30分钟，创面干净，边缘整齐，手术过程清晰。医学专家表示，在图像显示和操作性方面，国产高清内镜系统已经能够满足治疗需求，性能基本接近进口的同类型产品。</p><p><br /></p><p>据介绍，国产高清胃肠镜已经获得多家医院订单，价格是同档次国外产品的70%。采购成本降低，使得患者就医负担减轻，更多人能够享受到高性价比的检查服务。</p><p><br /></p><p>目前，内镜检查和超声相结合的超声内镜技术是国际内镜研究的热点。临床上，该技术可对消化道肿瘤进行术前分析，判断其侵袭深度和范围，鉴别溃疡的良恶性。超声内镜探查全消化道系统为消化道诊疗开辟了新的道路。我国科研人员已经着手超声内镜的研制。未来，患者有望用上国产超声内镜探查设备，从而进一步提升我国消化道癌症的早期诊断率，守卫大众健康。</p><p><br /></p><p><br /></p><p style="font-size: 16px;
