默沙东宫颈癌疫苗上市！还有11药企正排队

医药网11月10日讯　继葛兰素史克的希瑞适之后，中国内地市场的第二支宫颈癌疫苗——默沙东四价佳达修，在部分省市已经开放预约，至少322亿的内地市场，硝烟初起。 　　更不用说，已经有11家国内药企递交宫颈癌疫苗临床申请，和正在评审中的默沙东九价疫苗。 　　近日，据媒体报道，11月初，四价宫颈癌疫苗（以下简称“四价HPV疫苗”）正式在内地上市，并陆续进入各省招标采购渠道。 　　据赛柏蓝了解，目前，在全球范围内仅有葛兰素史克和默沙东两家公司的宫颈癌疫苗获批上市，默沙东的四价佳达修、九价佳达修，葛兰素史克的二价希瑞适。 　　赛柏蓝还获悉，默沙东的四价HPV疫苗已经开始在各地参与招标，在云南、重庆、河南、江西、湖北黑龙江等6个省份已经中标，价格为798元/支。 　　▍希瑞适、佳达修正面交锋 　　从效果来看，二价宫颈癌疫苗可以预防16、18两种HPV病毒，同时可交叉保护31、33、45型病毒；四价宫颈癌疫苗可用于预防6、11、16、18四种HPV病毒亚型。按照通俗的说法，“价”越高，预防效果越好，相应也越贵。 　　从价格层面看，已经销售4个月的GSK二价希瑞适580元，默沙东四价佳达修798元，单支价格高了近40%。 　　从适用范围来看，GSK产品适用范围是9至25周岁，而默沙东产品的适用范围则是20至45周岁，也就是说，双方重合的竞争群体年龄区间在20岁至25周岁。 　　年龄还涉及到消费能力和接种有效性。根据世界卫生组织推荐，宫颈癌疫苗主要接种人群为9-13岁女性，次要接种人群为较大的女性青少年和年轻妇女。不过，虽然，随着年龄升高，接种疫苗的有效性会减弱，但是高年龄人群的支付能力也相对较强。 　　从市场先机来看，GSK的希瑞适在内地市场上市的时间早了四价佳达修5个月左右。7月31日，希瑞适上市，随后不久，GSK即携手阿里抢占市场。 　　据GSK方面透露，双方合作项目覆盖了40个城市150多家社区卫生服务中心——预计到今年底，将覆盖全国范围内北京、上海、广州、深圳、杭州、南京、武汉等上百个城市的1500家社区卫生服务中心。 　　失去了市场先机的默沙东也不甘示弱牵手智飞生物。 　　默沙东与智飞生物签订协议，双方约定，默沙东的四价HPV疫苗佳达修上市后，由智飞生物负责佳达修在中国大陆区域的进口、推广及销售工作，智飞生物对该产品拥有独家代理权。 　　据了解，目前，哈尔滨、南京、郑州等地已经陆续开始四价HPV疫苗的预约接种。 　　▍宫颈癌球场还会进新球员 　　最晚，伴着新年的炮竹声，GSK与默沙东在HPV市场的战争就将打响。不少本土药企也正在谋求分羹。 　　目前我国已经有11家药企递交了HPV疫苗的临床申请，其中四价疫苗3家，六价疫苗1家，九价疫苗4家，默沙东的九价疫苗也正在评审中。 　　不难想象，后发的本土药企，要想“制人”，一场价格战不可避免。根据市场预估，最快的上海泽润（沃森旗下）的HPV疫苗也要到2019年才能上市，届时，有GSK和默沙东在前，市场情况恐怕不会太过乐观。 　　不过，好在，据业内人士分析市场持续放量将是一种趋势。 　　据前沿产业研究院数据，若HPV疫苗在中国市场达到5%的渗透率，国内HPV疫苗市场容量将达到322亿，空间极大。 　　此外，除广泛的成人疫苗注射需求，部分地区政府也有负担二类疫苗的打算。随着政府部门的财政负担能力不断增强，二类疫苗纳入免疫规划应该是一个全国性的趋势。 　　除政策因素外，消费者健康意识，消费能力不断崛起的现实也不容忽视。此前，就有媒体报道，香港的九价宫颈癌疫苗一度供不应求以致断货。毕竟宫颈癌是世界上唯一被破解的癌症，注射疫苗就可起到预防效果。 　　随着宫颈癌疫苗市场的扩容，一场“逐鹿中原”的混战，不可避免。
