data-w="720" />2017年中国医疗器械市场容量为4500亿，每年以20%的速度在增长，现在有15000多家医疗器械生产企业和四万家医疗器械代理商，经营44个大类，数十万个规格的产品。 差异化缔造地方特色 品种的区域集中化、产业化的格局，在医疗器械领域尤其突出，如浙江桐庐，江苏扬州头桥镇，河南长恒等。目前在中国医疗器械行业从事低值耗材，一次性医用耗材的绝大多数是乡镇企业。 以浙江桐庐为例，目前该地已成为国内腔镜的集散地。据统计，浙江桐庐正式注册的生产型公司有30余家，经营型的有90余家，其中比较大的有天松、康基、光典、三和。当地企业大都采取招募亲朋好友和当地人作为大包经理开发全国市场，积累的资金反过来收购工厂。 山东板块则呈现，大格局、大发展、大跨越的特色。或是由于山东人特有的地域文化，山东有很多大型企业。其中一家是山东威高集团，山东威高集团2016年全年实现销售收入336亿元，利润34.5亿元，其核心子公司采取直销模式，在重点城市均设立办事处。现有50多个系列，500多个品种、8万多个规格。山东另一家不不得不提的医疗器械企业则是新华医疗。作为老牌军工企业，自2002年成为A股上市公司登陆上海证券交易所后，去年新华医疗营业收入已达83亿。近几年新华医疗更是加大并购力度，先后将长春博讯、威士达、远跃药机、成都英德收入囊中。 而在创业气氛活跃的深圳，有二个医疗器械的“黄埔军校”。其中，安科作为第一家高新技术企业，也成为深圳医疗器械行业名副其实的“黄埔军校”——深圳有近二百家的医疗器械管理层与安科有渊源，其中包括深圳迈瑞、理邦、雷杜、宝莱特、开立、安健、微点、瑞孚泰等企业。2016年销售额为17亿的华大基因则是基因领域的“黄埔军校”，十多年来华大基因出走了很多人，目前“华创系”的公司已有十七家。 医疗器械领域另一批不可忽视的势力，是与民营医疗集团相辅相成的医疗器械供销网络。如福建莆田系医疗集团已形成规模化、产业化，59家医疗集团和其下属医疗器械生产企业，年销售额达二千五亿，药品和医疗器械等年采购额超过1000亿元。相关的普天医疗器械网（负责民营医院招标的机构）、莆田秀屿医疗器械药品展销会、中国医疗健康产业发展策略联盟，以北京民众和南京三德为代表专做民营医院的上百家全国医疗器械代理商，已形成完整的医疗产供销和医院经营的产业链。 管理高度决定企业前景 观察国内医疗器械行业现状和发展，可以发现：近五年成长快速的企业负责人多来自于国内外知名医疗器械生产企业的高管，典型代表是上海联影，其公司创业团队主要来自西门子医疗等跨国公司高管；苏州飞依诺创始人来自GE公司。 其实，国内医疗器械生产企业负责人的背景和经历大抵可分为四种：医学或技术专家、乡镇企业家、代理商、职业经理人。这四种不同的背景和经历造就企业不同的发展轨迹，也决定企业的成长速度和企业规模。 医学或技术专家创立的企业规模很难做大。许多专家往往选择一个人创业，不懂营销，起始就面临缺资金、缺人才、缺网络、缺管理、缺资源的难题。他们认为推出一个好产品就能把企业做大做强。殊不知，解决不了营销问题，产品再好，投入再多，都只是负债。 乡镇企业多从事低值耗材、一次性医用耗材等。这些企业奉行的是模仿抄袭，随着竞争的加剧，在牺牲产品质量前提下把价格越做越低，同时利润空间也越来越小，满足于小富即安。然而笔者推测，随着未来两票制的落地，还有营改增、飞检自检等监管越来越严，市场越来越规范的前提下，年销售额在三千万以下的医疗器械经销商和生产企业会被淘汰出局，未来的医疗器械行业会形成强者恒强，弱者淘汰的局面。 就医疗器械来看，代理为王的模式仍将继续：目前年销售额过亿的有30%左右的生产企业以前是由代理商转型过来的，代表性的企业如深圳迈瑞，四川迈克，康达医疗，南京巨鲨等。这些企业在做国外品牌代理商时，就不断的积累渠道、终端医院、人才、管理、资金技术等各种资源，才能厚积薄发，才能快速成长，才能做大做强。
