日常维护看似简单，但很多时候并不被人重视，也是最容易让人忽略的；但很多时候大的问题往往是由小的问题积累下来的。要做到与临床使用人员积极配合，保持仪器表面清洁；使用前做到检查电压、电源是否正常；使用过程中注意观察仪器的功能是否正常并填写使用记录。在日常维修时就养成好的习惯，避免损坏事件发生。  第二点，设备维修工作，一定要仔细处理，不要马虎大意。 仪器设备发生故障时，要做好维修前的信息收集、准备工作；包括型号、出厂编号，故障出现时间，故障出现时有无异常声响，是否发生过突然停电，仪器有没有移动过等问题。 维修中应当注意，在拆卸医疗设备的过程中，要注意先后顺序，不要用蛮力强行拆卸。拆下来的紧固螺丝、小件等不可随手乱放，要分类放好，避免丢失。设备维修完成后，安装时，再按相反的顺序一步一步恢复原样，没有多余的配件。损坏的零配件，也要作好标记，更换后恢复原样，不要出现差错。  维修工作完成后，要清洁仪器表面，接通电源，看能否正常工作。校正仪器，恢复正常工作状态，然后交由使用人员试用一下，查看仪器是否恢复原工作状态，以免留下隐患。最后清理现场，检查有无遗漏工具等，并填写维修日志留备查看。  维修中的防护工程师在维修仪器时，要时刻注意做好防护工作，无论是漏电还是交叉感染等问题，都要注意防护。不要出现不必要的意外伤害。 第三点，定期保养检查，问题尽早发现，尽快解决。 更换易损件:对已达到使用寿命及性能下降,不合要求的元器件或使用说明书中规定的要求定期更换的配件要进行及时地更换,预防可能发生的故障扩大或造成整机故障。对电池充电不足的情况要督促有关人员进行定期充电, 排除设备明显的和潜在的各种故障。　　 功能检查: 开机检查各指示灯、指示器是否正常, 通过调节、设置各个开关和按钮,进入各功能设置, 以检查设备的基本功能是否正常。通过模拟测试, 检查设备各项报警功能是否正常。     性能测试校准: 测试各直流电源的稳压值、电路中要测试点电压值或波形并根据说明书的要求进行必要的校准和调整, 以保证仪器各项技术指标达到标准,确保仪器在医疗诊断与治疗中的质量。  　　 安全检查:  1、检查机架是否牢固,
