&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;夹断电压是结型场效应管及耗尽型绝缘栅型场效应管特有的参数,就是让场效应管已有的导电沟道夹断而不能导电的电压值,当UGS=UGS(OFF)时,漏极电流为零,场效应管处于截止状态。</p><p>2、开启电压Ugs(th)</p><p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; 开启电压是增强型场效应管特有的参数,是让D极与S极之间形成导电沟道的一个电压值。</p><p>3、饱和电流I<span>DSS</span></p><p><span>&nbsp;
