powered-by="gulangu"><p><span><strong>一、原理</strong></span></p><p><strong><span>切片过程</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>操作开始时，在装载区内，机械臂向下移动到装载抽屉，并将载片篮举起到第一处位置。</span></strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong><span>如果第一处位置无任何载片篮，机械臂将移动到第二处位置，然后移动到第三处以此类推，直到将载片篮放置好。</span></strong></p><p><strong><span>载片篮恢复时，机械臂将载片篮移动到第一处位置，而另一个机械臂将抬起载片篮适配器手柄。</span></strong><strong><span>随后，载玻片被移动到封片区。</span></strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><span><span><strong>二甲苯</strong></span></span></p><p><span><span><strong>无色透明液体，具刺激性气味、易燃，与乙醇、氯仿或乙醚能任意混合，在水中不溶。</strong></span></span></p><p><span><span><strong>广泛用于涂料、树脂、染料、油墨等行业做溶剂。</strong></span></span><strong>用于医药、炸药、农药等行业做合成单体或溶剂。</strong></p><p><strong>也可作为高辛烷值汽油组分，是有机化工的重要原料。还可以用于去除车身的沥青。</strong></p><p><span><span><strong>医院病理科主要用于组织、切片的透明和脱蜡。</strong></span></span></p><p><span><span><strong>切片原理</strong></span></span></p><p><span><span><strong>通过一系列机械臂动作，将载片篮上的载玻片，送到封片台上，封上软片和加上二甲苯。最后送到卸载区的圆形转盘上。</strong></span></span></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>根据故障代码，翻译过来是电机错误的意思。查询手册了解到代码E15是电动机出错（顶部）。基本上能将问题锁定在机械臂这边。还有切割手柄的刀片是否存在不够锋利的问题。</strong></p></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><p><img powered-by="gulangu"><p><strong>开机，将载片篮放进载片抽屉，关门。重复运行，观察整个切片过程。</strong></p><p><strong>试运行了5次，基本上每次都是到了封片区，切割手柄切完后，立马报错。</strong></p><p><strong>打开软片门，将切割手柄取下来，发现刀片由于年限较长不够锋利，更换刀片，继续试运行多次。</strong></p></section><section
