powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><span>两周前的星期天<span>（9月9日）</span>清晨6点半，深圳宝安国际机场，一名正在候机的50岁左右男子突然倒地，心脏骤停。</span><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p>正要赶飞机的深圳市宝安区沙井人民医院医生郝瑞清刚好碰见了这一幕。</p><p><br  /></p><p>他立马跑过去，在确认心脏骤停后，立即对其进行心肺复苏：先让病人平躺，清除口腔异物，持续进行胸外按压、人工呼吸，并叮嘱安保人员拨打120急救电话。</p><p><br  /></p><p>与此同时，机场工作人员也拿来了附近的AED，辅助进行心肺复苏。</p><p><br  /></p></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><br  /></p><p>经过争分夺秒的抢救，10分钟后，倒地男子恢复了心跳呼吸，郝医生一直守候在他身边，直至120急救人员到达现场。</p><p><br  /></p><p><strong>这10分钟很宝贵！</strong></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong>因为对于突发心脏骤停的人，每延迟急救1分钟，成功率就下降10%，心脏停跳10分钟后，抢救的成功率几乎为0！</strong></p><p><br  /></p><p>这一次，人工急救+AED的“双剑合璧”，又及时唤醒了一颗“罢工”的心脏！</p><p><br  /></p></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p>更重要的是，AED又被称为“傻瓜除颤器”，它有语音提示操作，简单几步就能救人一命，普通人一学即会。所以欧美等发达国家都喜欢在车站、机场等公共场所配备AED。</p><p><br  /></p><p>近年来，努力“走在最前列”的深圳也开始大规模引进这种急救“神器”。</p><p><br  /></p><p>其中，深圳宝安国际机场已经配置了100台，走在了全国所有机场的前列。</p><p><br  /></p><p>深圳地铁沿线一共配置了200台，“深圳地铁集团”下辖的站点已实现“站站都有AED”！</p><p><br  /></p></section></section></section><section powered-by="gulangu"><section><section><p><br  /></p><p>这要归功于深圳市卫计委出台的《深圳市“十三五”AED配置使用实施方案》。</p><p><br  /></p><p>根据方案，2017年深圳市急救中心已经采购了500台AED，陆续投放到各公共场所及人员密集区域。</p><p><br  /></p><p>2018年，深圳市将再购置1000台AED。</p><p><br  /></p><p>接下来，深圳还会加大投资，在“十三五”期间共投放5000台AED，并动员全社会参与，争取用10年的时间，达到每10万人口配备100台AED的国际先进水平，实现公共场所全覆盖。</p><p><br  /></p></section></section></section><section
