data-role="paragraph"><p><br  /></p><p><span>说起迈瑞医疗，相信IVD行业人都不陌生。</span><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>创立于1991年的迈瑞医疗，一直专注于监护仪、彩超、体外诊断等医疗设备器械的研发制造，是我国目前业务规模最大、产品体系最丰富、品牌知名度最高的医疗器械企业。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>作为医械一哥，迈瑞一路从美股退市经历IPO受挫到最后终于A股上市的种种新闻，无不吸引着业内人的眼球。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>2018年10月16日，迈瑞医疗正式登陆深交所创业板。首次公开发行12160万股，发行价48.8元/股，募集资金总额59.3亿元，创下了创业板有史以来最大规模的IPO。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>截至上市首日收盘，迈瑞医疗市值仅为854.27亿元，位居创业板第三。上市仅8个多月时间，其市值就翻了2倍还多，截止到现在已经超过2102亿元市值，比其他23家IVD企业总市值总和还要多。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img /></p></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>迈瑞医疗董事长李西廷曾公开表示，公司一直坚信医疗器械行业的发展逻辑，就是两条路径并重：一个是技术创新与研发，另一个并购整合，国内外均衡布局。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>公开资料显示，迈瑞医疗目前拥有近1700名研发人员，专利总申请量3000余项。在自主研发上，迈瑞也是从对国外品牌的模仿起步。在其最初的产品身上，不论是监护仪、血球仪还是超声仪器，都能看到不少国外品牌产品的影子。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>自有记录的15年来，迈瑞研发费用投入都在营收的10%左右。研发费用超过了10亿元人民币，远远超过国内其他器械厂商。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>在并购上，自2008年开启收购之路，在国内外加速整合先后进行了十多笔并购，数量之多，在国产厂商中十分罕见。在境外并购多数源于对渠道的需求，例如对Datascope监护业务的收购是其经典的并购案例，以及之后的Zonare、Ulco等公司。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>在国内并购方面，迈瑞2011年至2014年先后收购了深迈瑞科技、苏州惠生、北京普利生、上海长岛等近10家企业，补充了其在生命信息、体外诊断领域的产品线，拓展了在骨科、内窥镜等外科领域的业务。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><br  /></p><section /></p></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>对迈瑞掌门人李西廷的采访中，他谈到一个观点：“我们所在的这个行业，目前中国市场发展更快，每年有15%左右的成长。在这么一个市场里边，你没有道理发展不起来。目前美国只有个位数的增长。”李西廷介绍说，目前人均匹配资源中，医疗器械和药物比例发达国家基本做到1:1，而国内只有0.3:1。这也意味着，医疗器械在国内市场有着很大的想象空间。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>综合全球的人口结构、社会发展来看，全球范围内医疗器械市场因为人口自然增长，人口老龄化程度提高，以及发展中国家经济增长等因素在近年来一直持续增长，初步测算2018年全球医疗器械销售规模达到4250亿美元左右。且近年来，医械市场的增速波动较大并还将持续，期间年均复合增长率将保持在4.5%左右。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>因此不难看出，医械行业在未来若干年都将是一块炙手可热的大蛋糕，无数的国内外厂家都将参与到抢占市场份额的竞争中。其中体外诊断领域中，国外企业由于其技术优势以及“设备+试剂”的封闭系统策略，依然占据着国内体外诊断的中高端市场，但显然迈瑞医疗民族企业做了一个好榜样。以迈瑞医疗为首，像安图、迈克、万孚、基蛋、九强、三诺、艾德、润达、迪安等一众优秀的IVD企业在生化、免疫、分子诊断、POCT等各个领域都开始后来居上，通过自主研发和技术创新，逐渐实现了对国外品牌的进口替代。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><iframe
