/></p><p><span>2019年12月19日,国家药监局发布消息,<strong>近日国家药监局批准上海联影医疗科技有限公司研制的创新医疗器械 “正电子发射及X射线计算机断层成像扫描系统”。</strong></span></p><p><br /></p><p><p><img src="image/20201014/7cbc772ddadf4fc32d7299892e904284_3.png" /></p></p><p><br /></p><p><span>公告中写到:该产品组合了PET(正电子发射断层扫描)和CT(X射线计算机断层扫描)两部分,可提供功能信息和解剖学信息及其融合图像。</span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>通过可扩展的多单元机架设计和探测器结构设计,将PET轴向视野扩展到194cm,实现了单床扫描覆盖人体全身器官,有利于实现观测示踪剂的全身代谢过程。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>通过跨单元交叉符合技术,实现大立体角内符合事件的探测和实时在线符合处理,提升实时处理能力,提高了系统的PET灵敏度,具有高分辨率和低辐射剂量等优点。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>在小病灶检测、癌症微转移、全身多器官疾病的诊断中,相比传统PET/CT及其他成像方式具有显著优势。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><iframe /></span></p><p><span>它将人体的解剖结构影像与人体的功能、代谢、生化影像精细准确融合显示,使医生能够获得人体各个脏器的组织结构及功能最为全面的信息。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>PET/CT已成为现代医疗机构对肿瘤、心脑血管、神经系统等重大疾病的诊断、定位和疗效评估不可或缺的高科技影像诊断设备,是典型的“精细准确医疗”装备。</span></p><p><span><br /></p><p><span>作为PET-CT的发源地,美国拥有全球最大、最成熟的PET-CT市场,同时也是几大高端医疗设备跨国巨头的PET-CT生产及研发中心所在地,多年来源源不断地向包括中国在内的全球各地输送领先的PET-CT产品和技术,联影PET-CT在美装机,可谓撼动了这一曾经的“铁律”。</span></p><p><span><br /></p><p><span>虽然联影医疗最新PET/CT获批,但我国以PET/CT为代表的高等医疗影像设备仍然多是依赖进口,设备成本居高,设备普及率自然难提升。据调查,<span>现阶段我国医疗器械市场的基本构成为高端产品占比25%,中低端产品占比75%;</span><span>而国际医疗器械市场中的医疗器械产品基本构成为高端产品所占份额一般为55%,中低端产品占45%。联影PET-CT这一年中不断取得的成就,或许还不足以改变现状,但绝对是一个好的开端,期待未来国产医械品牌的表现。</span></span></p><p><br
