/></p><p><span>该系统的测试盒使用方便，里边有测试所需的各种消耗品，使用时只需将试纸插入SAMBA即可。该设备坚固耐用，测试盒不需要冷藏，可以在广泛的温度条件（10-38℃）下工作，不论是运输还是存贮都很方便，而且成本低廉。此外，测试盒是完全密封和一次性的，因此降低了污染的风险。测试模块可通过蓝牙与平板电脑连接，用户还可通过平板电脑控制设备和读取测试结果。此外，平板电脑还能通过Wi-Fi或短信将测试结果传输给其他地方的临床医生。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>SAMBA II是便携式的，大小和家用咖啡机差不多。这套现场看护系统是完全自动化的，几乎不需要培训就可使用，并且每次测试的操作时间不到1分钟。只需从成年人的手指或者婴儿的脚后跟采集一滴血，直接放入设备，等待不到90分钟，就可以得到检测结果。这样就可以使临床医生迅速做出决策，而不是要求患者复诊才能拿到检测结果。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>SAMBA系列的系统共有两个：SAMBA I和SAMBA II。前者是一个高通量的半自动化系统，非常适合地区或区域医院。后者是一个完全自动化的系统，可用于现场看护的诊断和治疗监测。SAMBA I和SAMBA II采用了同一套效果良好的化学试剂，能够对传染物进行准确和快速的定性或半定量检测，并且不会产生任何有毒废物。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>目前SAMBA系统可用的检测有HIV-1定性全血检测、HIV-1半定量血浆检测和HIV-1半定量全血检测，这三种检测的结果均与集中检测高度符合，敏感性和特异性也非常高（>95%）。丙型肝炎病毒定性全血检测目前正在进行试验，并有望在未来几个月内得到监管批准。</span></p><p><br
