src="image/20201014/24a68927eb9045c742e08b50953bf074_2.png" /></p></p><p><br /></p><p><span>《意见》明确表示，深化首台（套）重大技术装备保险补偿机制在医疗器械行业的推广应用，鼓励医疗机构包括民营医疗机构采购国产医疗设备。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>要求简化创新医疗器械进入医院的招投标等采购流程，进一步加强首台（套）重大医疗器械以及“浙江制造精品”目录中医疗器械的宣传推广、采购使用和政策支持。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>《意见》还显示，要提升国产医疗器械发展水平。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>在医疗装备领域，围绕高端装备及核心部件（原材料）国产化的瓶颈问题，实现主流装备、核心部件等产品自主制造。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>重点发展高端数字医学影像和诊断设备、先进治疗性设备、慢性呼吸系统疾病用械、糖尿病用械、精准快诊试剂及相关设备、医用级可穿戴式设备、手术实时成像、高端康复设备、手术机器人等智慧医疗技术和产品。</span></p><p><br /></p><section><section><section><section><section><section><br /></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><span><strong><span>国产高值耗材，重点发展</span></strong></span></p><p><br /></p><p><span>《意见》显示，在植（介）入产品和高值耗材领域，大力发展高性能生物医用材料、高端植（介）入产品、高值医用耗材。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>加快人工瓣膜、可降解血管支架、脑血管植（介）入器械、辅助生殖器械、骨及周围神经等修复材料、人工关节、人工耳蜗、消融类、电刺激类等植（介）入医疗器械产品创新，利用增材制造等新技术，加快人工器官材料、组织器官修复和生物医用替代材料的开发。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>此外，《意见》还要求要发展智能医疗设备、软件、配套试剂和全方位远程医疗服务平台，打造线上线下相结合的智慧医疗新业态。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>加强可穿戴远程诊疗、基因诊断、影像诊断、智慧识别、手术导航等智慧医疗技术和系统的研发，发展远程健康管理、远程门诊、移动医疗和网订店送等健康管理服务，推动构建医疗健康大数据共享平台。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>浙江不仅要推动国产医疗器械发展，还要培养一批具有国际知名度的龙头企业。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>《意见》显示，浙江要深入实施医药领域凤凰行动、雄鹰行动、雏鹰行动，培育一批具有国际知名度和竞争力的龙头企业和细分领域的“隐形冠军”。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>到2022年，“雄鹰行动”培育医药企业累计达到5家以上，“隐形冠军”医药企业累计达到15家以上。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>同时，浙江还要推进一批企业国际化。鼓励企业获取美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）、欧洲药品管理局（EMA）、世界卫生组织（WHO）等机构批准或CE认证获得境外上市资质，开展国际多中心临床研究。</span></p><p><br /></p><section data-role="paragraph"><section data-role="outer"
