/></p><p><span>《纽约时报》在社论中指出，拥有世界上最多确诊病例的美国，现在正有意识地将这一流行病传播到境外，将数千名移民（其中许多人感染了新冠病毒）驱逐到缺乏应对该疾病能力的国家。而另一方面，对于外界的质疑和批评声，特朗普和他的高级政策顾问斯蒂芬·米勒却一直不闻不问。此举不仅是不人道和残忍的，而且等于是在故意将美国的疫情“出口到国外去”。</span></p><p><span><br /></span></p><p><span>社论还以危地马拉为例，称在今年4月底，危地马拉政府曾表示该国有五分之一的新冠肺炎确诊病例来自美国遣返的难民，其中美国一架遣返非法移民的航班上，甚至出现了76人中有71人感染的情况。而当危地马拉政府表示暂停接受驱逐航班时，美政府却威胁会对“拒绝”或“推迟”接受被驱逐者的国家进行惩罚。因此，这些遣返航班目前仍在运行。</span></p><p><br
