/></p></p><p><span>(出处：Bing)</span></p><p><span></span></p><p><span>心脏起搏器，是治疗心律失常和心力衰竭等心脏功能障碍的植入式电子医疗仪器，通过脉冲发生器发放由电池提供的电脉冲。然而，包括心脏起搏器在内的众多植入式医疗器械都由锂电池供能，笨重坚硬，体积大而寿命短。每当需要更换电池，患者都将承受一遍手术的痛苦，还是一笔不小的开支。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>为解决植入式医疗器械沉重的电池问题，学术界正在研究利用人体生物电运作器械的方式，但由于我们体内的生物电十分有限，这个构想在现实层面存在明显局限性。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>早在2016年，李钟浩教授的研究团队就研制出植入皮肤下的“皮下太阳能电池板”，通过吸收太阳光发电来供能，但这仍存在致命的缺陷——在室内、夜间、衣服里等光线不足的环境中，电池板就无法产生足够的电量。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>为了完善这一设计，与“皮下太阳能电池板”搭配使用的装有红光LED的“Micro LED贴片”，接收到红光刺激的太阳能电池生成光电，供给给饥肠辘辘的医疗器械。因此，无论阴天、室内还是夜间，体内的医疗器械都能获取充足的能量，维持正常工作。这将大大延长医疗器械的寿命，减少患者的不便。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>为了解决贴附在皮肤时可能产生的异物感、烫伤和汗液问题，研究人员在薄贴片上设计了连接线和汗孔，从而增强柔软性和透气性。另外，研究组在散热装置上直接缝合嵌入厚度为4微米的薄膜型Micro /></p></p><p><span>(出处：Naver)</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>据悉，该贴片可以随心地贴在任何一处皮肤，取下重贴也不费力。贴片以3毫米半径的圆反复折叠弯曲也不会破碎，贴附在皮肤上时的温度保持在41.2°C以下，稳定在低温烫伤基准(6小时内44°C以下)以内。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>研究人员通过对实验鼠的观察发现，附着在皮肤上的LED贴片可以为植入皮下的小面积(0.11平方厘米)太阳能电池提供8.2微瓦的电力，这种程度能顺利地驱动心脏起搏器(消费电量约1～10微瓦)，进行周期性电流刺激，以治疗心律失常等疾病。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>医疗技术的发展大大提升了人体机能，为脆弱的生命创造希望。近几年，在国内外不断出现有关植入式·可穿戴医疗设备的研究成果。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>据悉，2019年，国际学术期刊《自然—通讯》中介绍了中国科学院北京纳米能源与系统研究所研究员李舟、中国科学院外籍院士王中林及其团队通过对全新摩擦纳米发电机的研究联合研发的一款可自驱动的心脏起搏器，无需电池供能，仅从心脏的搏动中就能收集充足的能量。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>“以光线为媒介，虽然简单却能达到随时供电的目的"，李钟浩教授表示，"期待它能为多种医疗保健技术的开发做出贡献"。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>此次研究成果被刊登在美国《美国科学院院报》(PNAS)上。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section><section
