华大等11家中企被美列入制裁“实体清单

/></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>有趣的是，就在今年3月，华大基因曾发布公告，其新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒获得美国食品药品监督管理局（FDA）签发的紧急使用授权（EUA），获得正式进入美国临床市场销售资质。<br  /></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>而早在6月13日，美国加州北区法院法官William Orrick就批准了Illumina的指控，并称华大基因旗下使用标准MPS测序和CoolMPS化学测序技术的基因测序仪都将被禁止推广和销售。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>涉及到这项指控的基因测序仪包括华大智造MGISEQ-T7、DNBSEQ-G400（之前的MGISEQ-2000）、DNBSEQ-G50、BGISEQ-500和BGISEQ-50。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>本次美国将华大基因两个下属子公司拉入实体黑名单，不知是否与上述产品相关，经过检索发现北京六合华大基因的的营业范围为“公司致力于为广大生物学相关领域科研工作者和研发机构提供以DNA、RNA分子为研究对象的系列基础实验服务及整体解决方案，并销售分子生物学相关的小仪器及试剂耗材。公司目前已通过ISO9001质量管理体系认证，在多年的研发基础上形成了一系列有自己特色的科研产品。”</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>而另一家新疆丝路华大基因的营业范围为“生物技术推广服务；软件开发；数据处理和存储服务；货物与技术进出口业务；企业管理咨询；化学试剂，实验室设备，计算机软件及辅助设备的销售。”<br  /></span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>7月21日，有记者在外交部例行记者会上就此事提问外交部，发言人汪文斌表示，美方以所谓的人权为借口，滥用出口管制措施，将有关的中国企业列入实体清单，这违反了国际关系的基本准则，干涉中国内政，损害中方利益，中方对此坚决反对。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>“美方关心的根本不是什么人权问题，而是企图打压中国企业，破坏新疆稳定，抹黑中国的治疆政策，对此国际社会看的十分清楚。”</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>汪文斌说，我们敦促美方纠正错误，撤销有关决定，停止干涉中国内政。“中方将继续采取一切必要举措，维护中国企业的合法权益。”</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>参考资料：美国商务部、今日头条、证券时报、企查查等</span></p><p><br  /></p><section><section
