data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><span><strong>02</strong></span></p></section><section><p><span><strong>患羊癫疯的几种误区</strong></span></p></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><br  /></section><section><span>除了上述“替罪羊”的误会，还有很多误区依然流传广泛，甚至固化为「常识」，看看你有没有“中枪”：</span></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong>误区一：</strong></span></section><section><br  /></section></section><section><span><strong>癫痫是“终生病”，只能靠药物来维持</strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>认为癫痫是“终生病”是很多人普遍的观念，他们认为癫痫的治疗只能靠药物来进行维持。有的患者得了癫痫想到医院做治疗，后来听别人说癫痫根本就治不好，于是就打消了去医院治疗的念头。有的患者自己买药进行控制，结果病情恶化，导致癫痫频繁发作。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>由于不少患者认为癫痫是“终生病”，久病不治或长时间用药，结果身体产生抗药性和依赖性，这样的话就得不偿失了。因此，癫痫患者应及时到正规医院就诊，找准病因，配合医生，认真治疗。</span></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><p><img :</strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong>“痫”堵为快：</strong></span></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><section><span>抽搐是癫痫的主要症状之一，但却不是独有症状，江湖上总流传着这样一套招式：遇到有人癫痫发作，要往他们嘴里塞东西（筷子、袜子乃至自己的手）来防止其咬伤舌头。可在实际运用中，往往适得其反：不仅施救者本人极易被咬伤，还很容易造成患者牙齿和软组织损伤，以及因为塞入物的断裂或堵塞引起的窒息，引起比咬伤舌头更严重的后果。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>正确方法是：移开患者身旁硬物，协助其侧卧，保持呼吸道畅通。对于癫痫发作严重，抽搐时间超过5分钟的患者，需及时送至医院就诊、抢救。[7]</span></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><p><img ，电也可以做治疗&nbsp;</strong></span></p></section></section></section></section><section><section><section><br  /></section><section><span>作为一种常见的神经科疾病，癫痫并非公众误以为的“不治之症”，而是有着成熟的治疗手段，一般分为药物、手术和其他治疗（生酮饮食、康复治疗等）三大类，其中最重要的就是药物和手术治疗。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>药物是最先使用也是最常用的癫痫治疗方法，但并不包含“民间偏方”和“祖传神药”，而是由专业医生根据患者情况制定药物治疗方案，借由药物的力量压制“身在大脑，心在迪厅”的神经元，帮助患者控制癫痫的发作。</span></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><p><img /></p></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><section><span>但药物并不是百试百灵，癫痫患者中有超过30%[8]的人属于难治型癫痫，药物对他们来说并不起作用，此时，就需要考虑进行手术治疗。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>传统手术是将癫痫病灶进行切除，但这种手术风险较高，由于切除是不可逆的，一旦在手术过程中切除或损伤了重要的脑组织，将破坏患者相应的脑功能，造成失语、偏瘫等严重后遗症，如果切除不彻底，“漏网之鱼”依然会让患者饱受癫痫的摧残。</span></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><p><img /></p></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><section><span>随着医生与科学家对癫痫治疗孜孜不倦地探索，近年，一种常用于治疗帕金森病和特发性震颤等运动障碍疾病的疗法：“脑深部电刺激术”（Deep Brain Stimulation，简称DBS）开始运用在癫痫，特别是难治型癫痫的临床治疗中。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><strong><span>电刺激？难道电一下大脑就能治癫痫吗？</span></strong><span></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>并不是电一下这么简单，脑深部电刺激（DBS）疗法是通过微创手术，将一个曲奇饼大小的脑起搏器植入患者锁骨下方，并将与其连接的细微电极植入患者大脑的特定神经环路（导致癫痫发作的区域）。这样一来，当大脑再次发出错误指令，让神经元“起来嗨”的时候，脑起搏器就能释放受控制的电刺激信号，调控异常的神经元电活动，从而控制癫痫的发作。</span></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><p><img /></p></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><section><span>相较于没有后悔药传统手术，脑深部电刺激术是可逆、可调节的，微创的手术方式也相应减少了手术与术后并发症的风险。在一项多中心临床研究中，接受脑深部电刺激术的癫痫患者发作频率平均减少75％，18%的受试者至少6个月无癫痫发作，其中7%名受试者2年内无癫痫发作[9]。为难治型癫痫的患者提供了另一条化“痫”为夷，改善生活质量的道路。</span></section></section></section><section><section><br  /></section></section><section><section><p><img
