/></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>2020年8月2日，西门子医疗（法兰克福证券交易所代码：SHL）和瓦里安医疗系统公司（纽约证券交易所代码：VAR）宣布，双方已签订协议，西门子医疗将以每股177.50美元现金收购瓦里安医疗系统公司的所有股份，折合收购总价约164亿美元。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>瓦里安是癌症关护的全球领导者，特别是在放射肿瘤学和相关软件领域拥有创新的解决方案。瓦里安在多学科综合癌症护理方面取得的杰出成就，使公司在过去七十年中始终处于创新的前沿。因此，瓦里安可以和西门子医疗在影像诊断、实验室诊断和介入治疗等领域实现理想互补。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>对瓦里安的收购预计将在2021年上半年完成，最终须经瓦里安股东及监管部门的批准，并满足其他约定俗成的收购条件。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img
