retinopathy简称DR）是糖尿病最常见最严重的并发症之一，也是成年人低视力和盲的主要原因。该病重在预防及早期干预，眼底镜检查或眼底彩色照相检查有助于确诊，但均需要患者定期前往医院检查，很多患者缺乏对疾病的认识，常常延误诊治，最终致盲。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>说到刚刚获批的两款产品，深圳硅基智能科技有限公司产品由安装U盘组成，功能模块包括：糖尿病视网膜病变辅助诊断云端、医生诊断客户端和系统管理端。适用于对成年糖尿病患者的双眼彩色眼底图像进行分析，为执业医师提供是否可见II期及II期以上糖尿病视网膜病变以及进一步就医检查的辅助诊断建议。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>据悉，深圳硅基智能科技有限公司是一家致力于医用有源植入和医疗人工智能研发与产业化的公司，公司总部位于深圳。此外，公司在美国洛杉矶、北京和广州设有分部。产品布局包括植入式视网膜电刺激器、无校准持续葡萄糖监测（CGM）、糖网筛查和胃癌筛查等。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>而上海鹰瞳医疗科技有限公司（即“Airdoc”）产品包含客户端软件和服务器端软件，产品服务器端部署于阿里云，客户端部署于客户端计算机，服务器端与客户端通过互联网进行加密的数据交互。适用于对成年糖尿病患者的双眼免散瞳彩色眼底图像进行分析，为执业医师提供是否发现中度非增殖性（含）以上糖尿病性视网膜病变以及进一步就医检查的辅助诊断建议。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Airdoc成立于2015年，由来自微软、谷歌、雅虎、新浪、强生、辉瑞等顶尖公司的核心技术产品团队联合组建。2015年11月，Airdoc获得溪山天使会天使轮投资。后续陆续获得搜狗、复星、平安、中信多轮融资。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>Airdoc目前已涉猎的领域包括眼部、皮肤、大脑、神经、心血管、病理、大影像等。其产品在医疗机构、配镜连锁、体检机构的应用已经遍布全国各地，每天为数以万计的用户提供健康风险筛查服务。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>上述两款产品均采用基于卷积神经网络的自主设计网络结构，基于分类标注的眼底图像数据，对算法模型进行训练和验证。通过获取眼底相机拍摄的患者眼底彩色照片，利用上述深度学习算法对图像进行计算、分析，得出对于糖尿病视网膜病变的辅助诊断建议，提供给具有相应资质的临床医生作为参考。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>值得一提的是，<strong>目前国内尚无同类产品批准上市</strong>。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>近两年，为了加速AI医疗产品的审批进度，国家药监局开辟了绿色通道。自2019年4月以来，科亚医疗、鹰瞳医疗、数坤科技、硅基智能等5个糖网和冠脉类产品进入“创新医疗器械绿色通道”。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>进入2020年，我国AI产品审批的更是迎来了重大突破。2020年1月15日，科亚医疗旗下公司研发的冠脉血流储备分数计算软件产品通过器审中心审批，成为我国首个应用人工智能技术的三类器械过审。2020年2月7日，乐普（北京）医疗器械股份有限公司AI事业部下属全资子公司深圳市凯沃尔电子有限公司自主研制的人工智能“心电分析软件”（AI-ECGPlatform）获得批准，也成为目前唯一一款同时获得NMPA批准、FDA批准和CE认证的人工智能心电产品。</span></p><p><span> </span></p><p><span>再加上刚刚获批的两款产品，可以说经过多年的发展，我国AI医疗行业商业化进程正在加速，AI医疗为自己正名的时候也许不远了。</span></p></section><p><br
