国产医疗设备“全军覆没”？！

/></p></p></section><section><section><span><strong></strong></span></section><p><span>医疗器械媒体报道先锋</span></p><p><span>分享专业医疗器械知识</span></p></section><section><section><section><span>关注</span></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><p><br  /></p><section><span>题记：“全军覆没”这词太严重了，本不应该用在这，但看到广州某医院公布的采购进口产品清单中出现了<span>155次“国</span><span>内同类产品达不到性能要求”</span>，有感而发！</span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><span>近日，广州医科大学官网发布了一则题为“关于广州医科大学2020年第二批附属医院医疗设备采购进口产品清单的公示”，内容如下：</span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><span>为进一步优化进口产品核准程序，完善进口产品采购管理，根据《广州市财政局转发广东省人民政府办公厅关于进一步深化政府采购管理制度改革的意见的通知》（穗财采〔2015〕200号）的有关精神，我校制定了2020年第二批附属医院医疗设备采购进口产品清单。2020年7月31日组织了专家论证，专家名单如下：</span></section><section><span>论证组专家：共5人组成。</span></section><section><span>技术专家4人：钟红、吕爱云、李强、康忠平</span></section><section><span>法律专家1人：闫亚凯</span></section><section><span>现将广州医科大学2020年第二批附属医院医疗设备采购进口产品清单总表进行公示如下。</span></section><section><span> 对本公示有异议的，可以在发布之日起5个工作日内以书面形式向广州医科大学采购中心提出质疑。书面材料应明确异议的内容和理由，并签署真实姓名或加盖单位公章，注明联系方式，否则不予受理。</span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>正常的采购流程，但附录表《广州医科大学2020年第二批附属医院医疗设备采购进口产品清单总表》却让人颇为困惑：155项产品在“国内同类产品情况一栏”出现了155次“国内同类产品达不到性能要求”！！！</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>国产设备无一类产品达到要求！？一句“<span>国内同类产品达不</span><span>到性</span><span>能要求</span>”，</span><span>直接把国产医疗设备厂商全部排除在外！</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>具体是哪155款产品种类，后面会附表。</span></section><section><span></span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>让笔者讶异的是，这些被排除在外的国产医疗设备甚至包括了常规检验类（包括免疫分析、化学发光等），监护类（包含病人监护仪、除颤监护仪、麻醉监护仪、心排量监护仪等病人生理信息监护设备），病区、门诊治疗设备类（包含空气压力治疗仪、激光治疗仪、亚低温治疗仪、光子治疗仪、微波治疗仪等），手术床，呼吸机，输液泵、注射泵等输注设备，实验教学类设备，胎监系统，动态心电图记录仪，清洗消毒类设备……数量之多，涉及之广实在不得不让人产生怀疑：国产医疗设备在这么多领域都不如进口设备能够满足医院的需求吗？</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>国产设备虽然在某些细分领域与进口设备有些差距，但近些年来，取得的进步有目共睹。为此，近几年来，国家也陆续出台了多项政策鼓励、支持国产医疗设备，鼓励公立医院在采购医疗设备时，优先考虑国产设备。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>也不知道是国内厂家宣传工作没做到位，以至于临床工作者压根不知道或者不了解国产医疗设备，还是说国产医疗设备确实已经取得了进步，但仍然无法满足临床的需求？</span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><span>无论如何，155次“国内同类产品达不到性能要求”，颇为让人悲哀，是国产医疗设备的悲哀，也是国人的悲哀！</span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><strong><span>附：广州医科大学2020年第二批附属医院医疗设备采购进口产品清单总表</span></strong></section><section><p><img
