/></section><section><span>近年来，字节跳动业务涵盖了短视频、电商、教育、内容付费、金融、游戏等多个领域，抖音、今日头条已成为其王牌产品。今年对于百科名医网的收购，是其在健康领域的首个“动作”。而收购百科名医网此举是否意味着字节跳动要以此作为突破口，迅速布局互联网医疗赛道，目前尚未可知。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>除字节跳动外，“跨界”医疗的企业不可谓不多，京东健康刚一问世就获得了超10亿美元的A轮融资；阿里健康的港股市值已经超过2500亿港币、股价涨超过130%；百度和腾讯不断在互联网医疗领域发力；美团也从医美切入，拼多多上线医药健康板块等，布局大健康领域。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>据天眼查获悉，百科名医网的关联公司北京百科康讯科技有限公司已于5月15日发生工商变更，百科名医网创始人兼董事长朱晓兵卸任法定代表人、董事长，百科名医网CEO朱梦秋卸任经理，以上职位均由字节跳动战略投资负责人、游戏业务负责人严授接任。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>百科名医网成立于2010年，始终专注于权威医学科普知识内容的制作与应用，是中国最早也是最大的专业医学科普知识内容制作与传播平台，历时8年制作了中国最大的、拥有独立版权的医学知识图谱，同时是“国家卫健委权威医学科普项目”唯一指定网站。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>百科名医网的核心管理团队来自于美国伯克利国家实验室、北京协和医科大学、阿里巴巴、中国健康传媒集团等，由医疗、互联网、健康媒体的专家团队组成。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>百科名医网始终采取PGC（专家生产内容）的内容生产模式，组建百人以上的专业医学团队，联合TOP100的三甲医院，与万名以上的主任级医师合作，并辅以NLP、深度学习、知识图谱等 AI技术，建立了一套医学科普知识内容库，覆盖了疾病、症状、药物、检查、治疗、手术、护理、康复、营养、公卫、急救、中医等各个专业领域。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>同时，百科名医网还与北京协和医院，四川大学华西医院等五十多家著名三家医院建立了合作关系，汇集了大量的专业医学内容创作者。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>从字节跳动的战略部署上分析，首先，短期来看，百科名医网将以其医学PGC内容服务于字节跳动医学内容生态的搭建，完善“头条百科”等搜索相关产品的体验。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>2020年2月头条搜索独立APP上线，4月底，头条百科测试版上线。目前，今日头条App中搜索框使用体验已十分接近百度等传统搜索引擎。以今日头条等App中汇集内容生态闭环为基础，再配合头条百科作为信息服务的基础设施，字节跳动在迅速推进于搜索领域的动作。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>根据百科名医网官方介绍，“其生产的内容被百度百科、今日头条、腾讯医典等平台大规模使用，同时内容覆盖国内主要搜索引擎的头部位置。”作为搜索引擎中权威医学内容的重要来源，百科名医网的上线对字节跳动在搜索维度完善其内容生态至关重要。</span></section><section><br /></p></section><section><br /></section><section><span>百科名医网CEO朱梦秋说过，中国医学科普目前还是蓝海市场。“以目前中国的发病人口数量和医疗消费的总额计算，百科名医的商业想象力至少是WebMD的五倍，也就是百亿级”。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>而这恰恰也是字节跳动所看重的。字节跳动靠以内容分发平台今日头条起家，并于2019年上线搜索引擎——头条搜索。无论是内容分发还是内容搜索，医学科普都成为了不可或缺的重中之重。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>此前在2016年，魏则西之死震惊全国，而其背后也反映出专业医疗科普内容的重大缺失点。前北京大学生命科学院院长饶毅教授指出，中文网上和大众媒体有关健康的资讯大部分是错误的，甚至以虚假的为主。在此之后，搜狗推出了搜狗明医，阿里和腾讯先后建立了医学科普库，2018年5月，阿里健康启动“医知鹿”，2019年1月，腾讯医典APP上线。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>从长远来看，字节跳动通过收购一家可能成为超越WebMD的“中国版WebMD”为跳板入局，还有利于其在互联网医疗健康领域，例如互联网医院、在线诊疗等方面的业务布局。</span></section><section data-support="96编辑器" /></p></section><section><span>据企查查信息显示，百科名医网的运营公司北京百科康讯科技有限公司旗下有一家全资子公司，海南蒲公英互联网医院有限公司。据海南省卫健委官网，2019年11月5日，海南省卫健委已批准了百科名医网子公司于海南设立蒲公英互联网医院和蒲公英远程医疗中心。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>作为互联网医院的聚集地之一，海南已经有包括腾讯、阿里、搜狗等在内的超过60家企业在此注册互联网医院，并依托互联网建立远程医疗平台。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>继字节跳动对互联网医院接收后，除了向用户免费展示医学词条，还提供了付费的医疗咨询服务。在今日头条内的百科名医网疾病介绍页面中，已快速上线了专家付费资讯功能。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>据前瞻产业研究院发布的《中国大健康产业战略规划和企业战略咨询报告》预计，2020年我国大健康产业规模突破10万亿元，2019~2023年的年均复合增长率约为12.55%。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>不过中国社科院公共政策研究中心特约研究员贺滨此前在接受《中国企业家》采访时曾表示，“深度布局医疗行业，对字节跳动来说，现在可能还不是合适的时机。因为它尚未建立可以为医疗业务配套的生态。”目前来说它的布局还比较早，但未来如果它想在医疗大健康领域有所作为，潜力是巨大的。</span></section><p><br
