data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>02</strong></p></section><section><p><span><strong>不受官司影响，多领域实现成果转化</strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><p><span>当年的东芝医疗产品涵盖CT、MR、XR、超声等多个领域，反观佳能医疗，产品只有X线机和DR且市场占有率极低，在收购东芝后，业内人士预测佳能将用2-3年时间消化东芝的技术。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>在东芝卖给佳能的技术中，核磁共振成像及X射线检查仪等医疗成像技术和佳能擅长的商业成像技术存在互通，而且佳能能够把擅长的CMOS传感器和喷墨打印技术运用到医疗领域，开发耗时大幅减少的基因检测装置，为了实现产业化，佳能美国还成立了佳能生物医学有限公司，并发布可为癌症及遗传病研究提供基因序列信息的试剂盒“Novallele”。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>然而就在佳能大刀阔斧进行产业升级时，却也因为对东芝的收购陷入了反垄断官司。2017年7月10日，欧盟反垄断机构新闻发言人称，日本佳能集团可能会遭受欧盟的反垄断调查，并被处于29亿美元的天价罚单。理由是佳能在完成了对东芝医疗系统的收购之后才向欧盟进行登记，而这可能已经违反了相关的规定，形成了垄断的事实，可能会对该公司处以最高年营收10%的罚款。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>除了欧盟的暴击，美国和中国的反垄断机构亦曾予以关注和调查。2017年1月，中国商务部曾发布行政处罚决定书称，经查，佳能收购东芝医疗构成未依法申报违法实施的经营者集中，但不具有排除、限制竞争的效果，决定对佳能处以30万元罚款的行政处罚。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><span>尽管陷入反垄断官司，但佳能仍然迅速消化了东芝的技术，并在多个领域成功实现成果转化，如Aquilion 500正是瞄准了POC市场。</span><br  /></section><section><br  /></section><p><span>根据中国医疗器械行业协会数据，随着<span>移动数字X光</span><span>机</span>市场认知和需求的提升，至2023年，市场容量达19.52亿，复合增速26.74%，可以明显看出，<span>移动数字X光</span><span>机</span>将会是DR行业增长强劲的细分领域。广阔的市场环境，恰好又是佳能和原东芝都有涉猎的领域，因此佳能医疗在此领域布局顺理成章。</span></p><p><span><br  /></span></p><p><p><img
