data-tools="gulangu"><section><section><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>投资100亿建医院</span></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>8月21日，据南方都市报消息，佛山市顺德区人民政府与美的控股有限公司举行和祐国际医院签约仪式。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>美的控股将投资百亿元在北滘新城区新建一所高水平非营利性国际医院，规划床位总数1500张，计划于2021年3月份动工，2024年上半年竣工并运营。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>据悉，和祐国际医院选址顺德北滘新城区，该项目位处三龙湾高端创新集聚区，总建筑面积约35万平方米，规划床位总数1500张。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>项目分两期建设，总投入约100亿元，其中一期投入约60亿元，计划于2021年3月份动工，在2024年上半年竣工并运营；二期投入约40亿元，计划在一期使用满负荷前启动建设。<br  /></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>和祐国际医院规划设计将面向全球招标，引进全世界最先进的医疗设备，包括计划投入约10亿元建设质子/重离子肿瘤治疗中心，配套建设国际医疗中心、临床技能培训中心、学术交流中心、医学转化中心及多个重点实验室。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><strong><span>贵州茅台医院也将落成</span></strong><span></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>家电巨头跨界新奇？茅台的步子要更靠前。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>6月10日，贵州日报从中建四局获悉，由该单位承建的茅台医院目前已完成主体工程的85%，将于2021年3月建成。届时该医院将为仁怀市周边群众提供优质医疗服务。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>据了解，茅台医院建设项目总投资19亿元，总用地面积为105亩，包括一栋17层集门诊医技抢救医疗共用平台和两个独立病区为一体的医疗综合体，一栋8层的专家楼，一栋6层的行政楼，一栋3层的感染楼，计划建设为1000张床位。该项目定位为贵州一流、全国知名的三级甲等综合医院。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>项目建成后，将解决茅台集团员工和仁怀市及周边群众3000余万人就医问题。据中建四局茅台医院项目经理邵一凯介绍，茅台医院土建工程于2018年9月开工，目前门诊楼和住院楼已经封顶，整个工程已完成85%。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>根据贵州茅台官方微信消息，贵州茅台医院位于中枢街道办老怀酒厂，总用地面积约7万平方米，总建筑面积22万平方米。<br  /></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>除硬件外，在软件上茅台似乎也已有打算。茅台宣称茅台医院拟与北京大学医学部、北京安贞医院、四川大学华西医学部、第三军医大学新桥医院和一些国类的顶级医院进行战略合作，购买最先进的设备，吸纳最尖端医疗人才。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>除茅台、中石油外，康美、复星等药企也不时传出买医院的消息。在社会资本办医，企业医院剥离背景下，除强者恒强外，医疗产业也许将面临一轮新的重组。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span><strong><span>国家支持社会办医</span></strong></span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>国家发改委在《促进健康产业高质量发展行动纲要（2019-2022年）》的文件中对社会办医和区域医疗中心的支持做了大篇幅的指示，从近期的大批县级医院、二级三级医院的升级来看，都纷纷指向区域医疗体系的建设。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><p><img
