data-mpa-powered-by="gulangu"><span>核酸检测的概念，大家已经不陌生了，而核酸检测的形式也相较于之前发生了翻天覆地的变化，需求决定产品形态，大样本量的检测需求催生了“火眼实验室”、“方舱实验室”和“气膜实验室”等一系列新的核酸检测场景。包括后面在上海浦东国际机场投入使用的由集装箱改制的“移动核酸检测实验室”，无不彰显着分子诊断企业的智慧。需求大样本量检测，火眼来了，需求快速拥有核酸检测能力还要兼顾通量，方舱、气膜实验室来了，需求随时随地，更快投入使用的检测，移动实验室、车载实验室来了。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>今天就给大家展示一下国内那些走在时尚前沿的“核酸检测车”~</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>最早接触“流动检测车”这个概念，是在好多年前了，是赛沛公司在非洲地区投入使用的一款流动检测车，搭配GeneXpert系统进行结核相关的检测，这类核酸检测一体机在这边拥有得天独厚的优势，体积小，操作简单，不需要太多的样本处理，不占地方。比如说国内优思达的分子POCT设备也是非常适合做成这种模式。</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>但是任何艰难困顿都阻碍不了国人的创新实力，有枪我们拿枪上，没枪我们拿着大刀上，于是PCR实验室整建制被搬到了车上，所以现在大家看到的核酸检测车体积还都是比较大。</span></p><p><br  /></p><section /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>这辆“大黄蜂”是国内最早见报的核酸检测车，据公开信息显示，车载设备包括：口腔咽拭子采样机器人、台式病毒样本灭活仪、全自动微流控核酸分析仪、全集成新型冠状病毒核酸检测芯片及配套试剂、数据采集和分析软件及计算机、发电机、低温冰箱、监控系统、基于5G的检测结果直报系统及改装车辆等。</span></p><section /></p></p><p><br  /></p><p><span>贝西生物的这辆“神奇宝贝”核酸检测车，从外观体型上来看，内部应该也是集成了一个P2级的实验室，再给大家看看它的内部结构图。从下图我们可以看到，车中集成了生物安全柜，实验台、生化培养箱、大冰箱这些实验基础设施，如果再配上核酸提取仪、便携式荧光PCR系统开展新冠核酸检测完全不在话下，整车容积比较大，还可以放一些测序仪、质谱仪等设备开展更多项目。</span></p><p><p><img
