data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>02</strong></p></section><section><p><span><strong><strong>医疗器械投放英国市场的关键要求</strong></strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>从2021年1月1日起，医疗器械投放英国市场的方式将有若干变化。如下：</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span><strong><span>◆ CE标志将继续使用，认可期至2023年6月30日。</span></strong></span></section><section><span><strong><span>◆&nbsp;欧洲经济区（EEA）认证机构颁发的证书继续对英国市场有效，有效期至2023年6月30日。</span></strong></span></section><section><span><strong><span>◆&nbsp;从2021年1月1日起，对于希望将医疗器械投放英国市场的制造商，将提供一条新的市场和产品标识路线。</span></strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>欧盟医疗器械法规（MDR）和欧盟体外诊断医疗器械法规（IVDR），自2021年1月1日起生效</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>MDR和IVDR将完全适用于欧盟成员国，分别于2021年5月26日和2022年5月26日起生效。由于这些法规在欧盟过渡期结束后才会生效，它们将不会成为欧盟法规被《欧盟退出协议法》自动保留，因此也不会自动适用于英国。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>2023年6月30日之前，MHRA会继续认可医疗器械CE标志。该办法对投放英国市场的医疗器械适用，从2023年7月1日起，投放英国市场的新设备需符合UKCA标志要求。如果目前是在自我认证的基础上，对您的医疗器械进行CE标志，则在2021年1月1日以后可以继续实行。已由北爱尔兰贸易商标记为CE的设备，将于2023年6月30日之后在英国市场继续有效，该项对已通过自我认证或已由欧洲经济区公告机构进行强制性第三方合格评定的设备适用。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>03</strong></p></section><section><p><span><strong><strong>关于UKCA标志和合格评定机构</strong></strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><p><img /></p></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>UKCA（英国合格评定）标志是英国产品新标志，该标志将用于过渡期后投放英国市场的某些商品，包括医疗器械。目前，欧盟、欧洲经济区或北爱尔兰市场是不认可UKCA标志的，而需要CE标志的产品在上述市场销售时是仍然需要CE标志的。制造商将从2021年1月1日起使用UKCA标志。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>从2023年7月1日起，若在英国市场投放医疗器械，将需要满足在设备上放置UKCA标志的要求。该要求对北爱尔兰贸易商不适用。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section data-style-id="22631"><section><section><p><strong>04</strong></p></section><section><p><span><strong><strong>关于英国脱欧</strong></strong></span></p></section></section></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>英国退出欧盟，在短期内对英国无疑是有利的。英国可以立即省下每年需缴纳给欧盟财政的80亿英镑款项。支持英国脱离欧盟的人说，90%的英国经济与对欧盟的贸易无关，但仍然受欧盟规章的掣肘，摆脱欧盟将使英国许多中小企业不受欧盟规章制度的钳制，就业机会可能会因此增多。</span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>但从长远来看，失去欧盟成员国的资格，英国难以依托欧盟在欧洲和世界事务中发挥重要作用，其国际地位和影响将大打折扣。在贸易方面，英国与欧洲向来唇齿相依，有一半贸易额都来自欧洲其他国家。若脱离欧盟恐令英国与欧洲贸易关系受到影响，影响到伦敦国际金融中心及资金避风港的地位，如果大量投资从英国撤出，经济前景或进一步转差。对中国的贸易也将受到影响。</span></section><p><br  /></p><p><span>部分来源：奥咨达医疗技术服务</span></p><p><br  /></p><p><span></span></p></section></section></section></section></section><section><section><section
