/></section><section><span>会议上称，现在医师职称评定没有论文是过不了关的，这是一个“硬杠杠”。所以医生们为了评定职称，把相当多的精力用于写论文上，临床实践反倒少了。而临床医学和其他学科不一样，临床实践和临床病例非常重要。因此，要开展以能力为导向的考试评价改革，推进突出临床实践的职称评定。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>建立中医药跟师临床学习制度。要围绕提升临床实践能力健全住院医师规范化培训制度，<strong>对经住院医师培训合格的本科学历临床医师，在岗位聘用、职称晋升等方面与相关专业硕士研究生同等对待。</strong></span></section><section><br /></section><section /></section><section><span>当天会议决定，优化医护人才培养结构。加快培养防治结合的全科医学人才，医学院校要普遍开展面向全体医学生的全科医学教育，逐步扩大服务基层的定向免费全科医学生培养规模，中央财政继续支持为中西部乡镇卫生院培养本科定向医学生。<strong>扩大麻醉、感染、重症、儿科研究生招生规模。提高中医药专业教学中经典课程比重。</strong><br
