Grail 仍然处于无营收甚至亏损状态，没有产品销售，也不对外提供服务。</span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><span>值得关注的是， 9月9日，GRAIL宣布申请在纳斯达克挂牌上市，并公布将在2021年推出其液体活检产品Galleri，作为一种LDT检测用于50岁以上的无症状人群的癌症筛查。</span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><span>Illumina和Grail之间联系紧密。关于Grail，2016年1月，Illumina联合比尔盖茨、Bezos Expeditions、和Sutter Hill Ventures等投入一亿美金，分出公司一部分骨干，成立以“液体活检”为中心的公司Grail，并掀起过一阵肿瘤早筛潮。</span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><span><span>根据监管部门的备案文件，截至目前，</span><span>Illumina 仍然是 GRAIL 的最大股东，持股比例高达 14.6%，约有 9830 万股。两家公司签订了长达十年的供应和商业化协议，其中涉及 GRAIL 向 Illumina 支付高额的专利使用费。</span></span></section><section><span>&nbsp;</span></section><section><span><span>彭博社报道，业内人士分析，</span><span>收购Grail将使Illumina与其客户直接竞争，因为其客户使用Illumina的测序仪来开发自己的液体活检样品，而Grail同样是一家液体活检公司。</span></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span><strong>基因检测序术或改变世界</strong></span></section><section><br  /></section><section><span>据了解，基因测序是一种新型基因检测技术，能够从血液或唾液中分析测定基因全序列，预测罹患多种疾病的可能性、个体的行为特征及行为合理。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>基因测序相关产品和技术已由实验室研究演变到临床使用，业内观点认为，基因测序技术或许是下一个改变世界的技术。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span><span>前瞻产业研究院分析，基因测序行业发展具有重大意义，</span><span>基因测序能够用于疾病的诊断、疾病的预防、指导个体化用药，能够对病毒基因组测序研发病毒诊断试剂，帮助监控病毒疫情等。</span></span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>历史上，基因测序曾为病毒检测、防控疫情做出巨大贡献。</span></section><section><span>如2015年6月，我国完成首例MERS病毒全基因组序列测定；</span></section><section><span>2016年，国际团队利用便携式基因组测定装置帮助监控埃博拉病毒疫情；</span></section><section><span>2019年5月，中科大揭示人类疱疹病毒基因组包装关键机制；</span></section><section><span>2020年1月，华大基因子公司研制出新型冠状病毒核酸检测试剂盒等。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>中国产业信息网数据显示，目前全球共有基因测序设备不足8000台，分布在60多个国家。</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span>其中Illumina公司的HiSeq2000、Genome Analyser 2x、MiSeq和NextSeq等测序平台占比为83.9%；</span></section><section><span><br  /></span></section><section><span><span>赛默飞世尔公司的SOLiD、IonTorrent和Ion
