/></section><section><span>值得注意的是，在本次重大人事调整前45天，</span><span>8月2日，西门子医疗和瓦里安医疗系统公司宣布，双方已签订协议，西门子医疗将以每股177.50美元现金收购瓦里安医疗系统公司的所有股份，收购总价约164亿美元，折合人民币约1143.8亿人民币。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>西门子医疗对瓦里安的收购预计将在2021年上半年完成，最终须经瓦里安股东及监管部门的批准，并满足其他约定俗成的收购条件。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>瓦里安官微显示，预期在交易完成后，将继续以瓦里安品牌在西门子医疗内作为一家独立公司运营。合并后的公司将提供一个覆盖端到端的肿瘤解决方案的全集成平台，以确保癌症护理的整个连续性：从筛查和诊断，治疗护理，到疗后生存。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>据了解，瓦里安、医科达、安科锐被业内称为放疗界三巨头。瓦里安的市占率或许已成为三巨头之首——2018年，根据瓦里安财报显示，其全球市场占有率超过50%，中国市场占有率为40%；而医科达、西门子分别以32.8%、14.3%的市场占有率排列第二、第三位。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>瓦里安目前的主营业务分为影像原件和肿瘤系统（放射治疗）两大部分，根据思宇医械观察梳理，瓦里安影像业务销售额在全球排名为第十，而这只占其所有业务份额的20%。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>其癌症放疗市场业务占比约为75%，占据全球放疗市场的70%，其中肿瘤系统产品约占45%，肿瘤系统服务约占30%。</span></section><section><br /></section><section><span>根据瓦里安最新发布的财报数据，截至4月3日的6个月，瓦里安实现营收8.28亿美元，和2019年同期营收基本持平。</span></section><section><span><br
